Report BeamIt Abuse

BeamIt does not collect or store personal user information. Because of this, we do not have visibility into how the app is being used or misused in real time.

If something inappropriate, harmful, or abusive happens inside BeamIt, the only way we can take action is if you report it to us.

Include the following details

• Room Name: The exact name of the room where the issue occurred
• Event Name (if applicable): The event tied to the room
• Description: A clear explanation of what happened
• Screenshots: Images of the abuse (cards, messages, or anything relevant)
• Time & Date: When the incident occurred
• User/Card Name: The name displayed on the card involved (if visible)

Helpful (but optional)

• Any additional context that helps us understand the situation
• Multiple screenshots if the behavior happened more than once
• Steps to reproduce the issue (if it’s ongoing or repeatable)

What happens next

Once we receive your report, we will review the information and take appropriate action, which may include removing access, restricting usage, or implementing safeguards to prevent future abuse.

While we may not be able to respond to every report individually, every submission is reviewed and taken seriously.
